Enlarge	Asset Records Unlimited records can be stored, viewed and exported for use in 3rd party software. Records are displayed in grid format and can be sorted and filtered. Grid view details primary data fields only, all data fields are displayed by selecting the individual record.
Enlarge	Asset Input Details of each asset is inserted via an input form which collects data such as:- Asset Reference (Tag), Name and Description Asset Location - Building, Floor, Room Asset Details - Manufacturer, Model, Type, Duty, Serial No. Other Details - Technical Data/ Specification, Image

Enlarge	Upload Centre The master library shows all documents forming the record set. Documents are uploaded and revised from the master library which is strictly controlled by user-name passwords and user Roles. All back issues of a document are stored and can be viewed.
